David Beckham

-David Beckham, one of the most reconizable soccer players all over the world. Beckham played for teams such as Manchester United, Real Madrid, LA Galaxy, and England. His most recent team he played for Paris Saint Germain FC. Beckham has recently anounced his retirement in May 2013. Beckham has Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD).

Bethany Hamilton

(2/8/1990 - Present)

-Losing her left arm at age 13 from a Tiger Shark attack, Surfer Bethany Hamilton is one of those athletes who overcame her disability and got back on her surf board. Even with her servered left arm, Hamilton has achieved many awards and recognition for making a comeback in her surfing career.

Jim Abbott

(9/19/1976 - Present)

-Jim Abbott was a successful former pitcher for the MLB. Abbott has played for teams such as the California Angels, New York Yankees, Chicago White Sox, and Milwaukee Brewers. Abbott was born without a right hand.

Muhammad Ali

(1/17/1942 - Present)

-Born Cassius Marcellus Clay Jr. With a record on 56 wins and only 5 losses, Ali is probably one of the greatest boxers known to man. Ali is famous for his boxing matches against Joe Frazier. Ali was diagnosed with Parkinson's Syndrome.

Jim Carrey

(1/17/1962 - Present)

Jim Carrey is one of the most hilarius comedians and actors of all time. Everyone can tell you that Carrey is always energetic, loud, and funny in his movies. The reason for that is because of his disability. Carrey has Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. (ADHD)

Will Smith

(9/25/1968 - Present)

Will Smith is an actor who has been in numerous films everyone loves. In 1990, Smith was in a popular show The Fresh Prince of Bel Air back in the 90's. Like Jim Carrey, Smith has Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

Justin Timberlake

(1/31/1981 - Present)

Justin Timberlake had a few careers. As an actor, and a singer. An example for singing, he was in the popular 90's boyband 'N Sync. He recently released his new album Suit & Tie. Timberlake has a few disorders. He has both Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD).

Jay Cutler

-One of the most reconized NFL Quarterbacks, Jay Cutler plays for the Chicago Bears. Cutler formally played for the Denver Broncos before being traded to the Bears. In 2008, Cutler was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes.

Franklin Delano Roosevelt

(1/30/1882 - 4/12/1945)

-Franklin Delano Roosevelt, the 32nd President of the United States. One of America's greatest presidents. Besides being the first and only known handicapped president, Roosevelt was probably more known as the president that signed the United States into World War II. Roosevelt had Polio.

Roger Ebert

Roger Ebert was a film critic, journalist, and screenwriter. He was probably most well known for his critism in films. Ebert recently passed in April of 2013. Ebert had cancer of Thyroid and Salivary Glands. 

Bill Gates

Every one knows who Bill Gates is. It doesn't even need to be explained. But, Gates is the creator of Microsoft. He is also the 2nd most wealthiest person in the world. Gates is known to have Aspergers Syndrome.

Steve Jobs

Steve Jobs was probably one of the most well known people who helped shape the cell phone industry. Jobs was the co-founder of Apple, Pixar and NeXT inc. He has passed in late 2011. We all know Jobs will never be forgotton. Jobs was dianosed with Pancreatic Cancer.

Stephen Hawking

-Stephen Hawking is a Theroetical Physicic and Cosmologist genius. He is one of the most credible and recognizible geniuses of all time. Hawking has Lou Gehrig's Disease otherwise known as ALS.

Helen Keller

(6/27/1880 - 6/1/1968)

-Everyone knows who Helen Keller was. She was a young woman who was blind and deaf. Even though she has those disabilities, she still went on and inspired many people throughout her life.

Walt Disney

(12/5/1901 - 12/15/1966)

-One of the greatest cartoon creators of all time. Walt Disney, was creator of the popular still popular Micky Mouse introducing him in Steam Boat Willie. Disney was known to have Dyslexia.

Woodrow Wilson

-Woodrow Wilson, the 28th President of the United States. Wilson was president during World War I and attempted the create the League of Nations. Wilson was severely Dyslexic.
